8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 C sour cream
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T fresh dill, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared horseradish, drained
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) smoked salmon,minced
Cream the cheese in an electric mixer, add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, & pepper and mix. Add salmon and mix well by hand. Serve with crudites or crackers.
