CONCH SALAD

1 lb. Conch meat, finely diced

1 large onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

2 celery stalks, chopped

2 large tomatoes, chopped

2 ounces lime juice (fresh)

2 ounces white wine vinegar

1 ounce olive oil

1 T Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

dash of hot pepper sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients, stir well.  Let chill at least 2 hours before serving.  Keep refrigerated.  Serve on a bed of lettuce.
