This is just a delicious hummus recipe and will go great with crackers or crudités.

- Sprinkle smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish
In a bowl of a food processor, puree the tahini and lemon juice for 1-2 minutes. Add the ground cumin, salt, garlic, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Puree untill smooth, approx. 2 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons water, and chickpeas and puree until super creamy and smooth, approx. 2 minutes. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil. (Add a little more water if needed to get to desired consistency).

Thanks Mary, it really turned out nice, and all the food was delicious. After trying so many beef tenderloin recipes, this is my go-to one. You’re certainly welcomed, BTW, I used almost an entire bottle of your wonderful olive oil in the making of all these recipes! 💘
