This is just a delicious hummus recipe and will go great with crackers or crudités.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup tahini
- Juice of one lemon
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-4 T water
- 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- Sprinkle smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl of a food processor, puree the tahini and lemon juice for 1-2 minutes. Add the ground cumin, salt, garlic, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Puree untill smooth, approx. 2 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons water, and chickpeas and puree until super creamy and smooth, approx. 2 minutes. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil. (Add a little more water if needed to get to desired consistency).
Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and top with fresh chopped parsley.
