
Ingredients: Cupcakes
- 1 coconut cake mix (I use Dolly Parton)
- 5 eggs
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Milano Cookies
Pirouette from Pepperidge Farms

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cake mix, eggs, melted butter, instant pudding and coconut milk in mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add in chopped pecans and shredded coconut. Pour about 1/2 cup of cake mix into cupcake wrappers, bake 20 minutes. Makes about 24 cupcakes.
Directions for High Heels:
Stick a Milano cookie on the side of the cupcake. Use a Pirouette for the high heel, cut on a diagonal and stick to the Milano cookie with melted chocolate. Decorate the cupcake as desired.
