
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs. beef tips or beef stew meat
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz.)
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 1 can beef broth (use the empty can of mushroom soup can to measure)
- Egg Noodles (cooked separately)
DIRECTIONS:
In your slow cooker, add the stew meat, Lipton onion soup mix, brown gray mix, cream of mushroom soup, and can of mushrooms. Add the broth—(Fill the empty can of cream of mushroom with the beef broth and pour into the crockpot. Stir everything together to ensure the ingredients are well combined. Cover and cook on low or 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Cook until the beef is tender and the sauce has become rich and flavorful.
Prepare the Noodles: About 15 minutes before you’re ready to serve, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain them well and set them aside.
Serve and Enjoy. Serve the tender beef tips over a bed of egg noodles. Servings 6-8
